Holistic coaching

From tangled
to thriving

Coaching for life's transitions, and personal training in a private Eastcote studio. Life can challenge our confidence and leave us feeling tangled. This is the space to understand that tangle and find your way through it. You already hold the answers. My role is to help you find them.

Ways to work together

One to one

Coaching

A series of structured conversations that give you space to understand yourself and your purpose, and to untangle what is holding you back.

How coaching works

New leaders and ECTs

Who it is for

Coaching might be for you if you are

At a new stage of life

Adjusting to something that has shifted, or simply feeling that something no longer fits the way it used to.

Stepping into something new

Moving into a new role, or taking on more responsibility, and finding it asks more of you than you expected.

Returning, or considering a change

Coming back to work after a break, or weighing up whether the path you are on is still the right one.

Exploring neurodivergence

Working out what neurodivergence means for you or for your family, whether or not there is a diagnosis.

Living with a recent diagnosis

Neurodivergence, or a health condition such as Parkinson's or an inflammatory condition. Coaching sits alongside your medical care, not instead of it, and gives you space to work out what this means for you and what you want next.

Meet Jo

Hello, I'm Jo

Twenty-five years in education, as a teacher, headteacher, governor and adviser, taught me what helps people grow and what quietly holds them back. My own experience of feeling tangled, alongside a lived understanding of neurodivergence, sits at the heart of how I coach.

What makes this different

A leader's eye

Headteacher, governor and adviser. I coach with real authority on leadership and on what genuinely builds resilience and sustainability, not from theory alone.

The whole person

A coach as well as a Level 3 personal trainer, I see the whole person. We are more than the sum of our parts.

Lived experience

My own path, including finding purpose while navigating change, and lived experience of neurodivergence. The mission is to break down the tangle and build a place for thriving.

In their words

What working together has meant

As a senior leader and HR professional for two decades, I knew all about the difficulty of retaining women in their forties and fifties. Then I became one of them. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, after a long stretch of feeling unable to cope with work and life, and Jo has been pivotal in my move into a new career. She really sees me, and through her kindness and support I feel brighter about my future, and certain that I still have a great deal to offer. Thank you Jo, for the tools you keep helping me build, for practical advice that sticks, and for believing in me.

How it should feel

Heard, known and accepted. Warm, but never soft.
